True Crime: New York City - widescreenfix asi prevents game from loading. #363

I have downloaded the widescreen fix pack from here: https://github.com/ThirteenAG/WidescreenFixesPack/releases/tag/truecrimenyc

The TrueCrimeNewYorkCity.WidescreenFix.asi script prevents the game from loading.

When TrueCrimeNewYorkCity.WidescreenFix.asi is removed from the scripts directory, the game loads fine and modupdater.asi works fine as well.

I have tried the widescreen fix script with the standard CD exe included with the game (8mb) and also a NO-CD exe which you can find on GCW (19mb).

I found this git issue from 2016: https://github.com/ThirteenAG/WidescreenFixesPack/issues/70 where in one of ThirteenAG's comments he states "I have this one:" (in relation to a working exe), but nothing follows the comment. I assume he provided a link in that comment at the time.

It should work with any exe now. Upload what you have, I'll check if it works for me.

I wasn't sure if you meant to upload to a site like Dropbox or directly through Github so hopefully what I did is fine: True Crime® New York City.zip
