Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory Night vision doesn't work #606

When playing the game at borderless windowed using the create a wndmode.ini in root directory method, the game's night vision mode stops working in its entirety.

There's no fix for this. Use d3d9-wrapper to force windowed mode, it works that way.
