[GTA SA] 'Wager' box bad position #659

Covers the subtitles with 1.0 scaling

That's related to the script fixes which locks all contents to 4:3, can't be moved outside the main script. The best we can do is locking subtitles size to 4:3 while script stuff is displayed, next update will contain it and it should look like this:
