[GTA:SA] Ambulance and Firefighter dissapear in the distance after spawning #682

After killing some people Ambulance should appear, but it is glitched. The problem is, I see that it spawns in the distance and then it suddenly disappears. The same goes with the "Firefighter". Removing "WidescreenFixesPack" solves the problem.

Playing in 1080p. Using newest "WidescreenFixesPack" version from 11.06.2019.

Most likely a regression after recent changes, will check.

I copied a fix from VC version, let me know if it works now, as far as I can tell it does. Capture

But wait until new developer builds compiles first, usually ~20 minutes.
