What version of the game? Any other mods? Because I'm pretty sure I don't have that bug.

Steam version, SilentPatch. When i delete SilentPatch, problem still exist.

Ah, I see, something wrong indeed in steam version. It will be fixed when I'll have some time to find the problem. For now I can only suggest to downgrade to 1.0 exe.
