Selfie camera + sniper looks really weird. (No, having upscale HUD or original HUD txd has nothing to do with this)
and no.. selfie camera thing is not a mod. Its part of vanilla game.
Recruit your homie, switch to camera, go near your recruited homie and press tab. (assuming you're using default key)
