Add [language] filter in search. #148

Hello. Please add language (e.g C#, C++, Python, and etc) filter in "Search" so that finding Repos in specific language would be a lot easier. If this is not possible then----please make it the same like in "Trending Repos". In Trending Repos, we can filter repos base on any or specific language.
