[feature/improvement] code formatting, comment citing #337

hi! I don't want to spam with multiple topics, so I'll note my ideas/comments here :)

  1. there is an issue with source code inside comments. OpenHub isn't respecting preformatting of this part and displays it like there was no end of lines, no paragraphs, tabs etc., just like on this screenshot. code formatting problem

  2. is there any possibility to cite a part of the comment? or even whole? tried to mark text fragment to copy and paste but that didn't work either. maybe that could be added to feature list too? :)
