App support to Projects

Hi, it's not convenient to display projects in mobile, I will add projects support, but only can view projects issues, pull requests.

I did some work on this over in my fork https://github.com/Tratcher/OpenHub/commits/master. Conceptually it works pretty well using one tab per column. I still need to fill in a lot of features. I'll probably diverge from the expected UI though as I'm trying to use this as a ToDo interface.
