Cant add new label with a space #362

Hi, first of all i would like to thank you for this wonderfull app :) I found a small bug in the label manager.

Expected behaviour

I create a new label in an repository e.g. feature request and a label feature request will be created.

What happens instead

A label with the name featurerequest (the space is missing) is created.

How to reproduce

  1. Open a repository
  2. Create an Issue
  3. Click on labels
  4. Click on manage labels
  5. Add new label
  6. Select a name with a space

Device: OnePlus 6 Android version: 10 (API 29) App version: 3.1.0
