What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.after using this app for more than a year today the app won't load and gives 
an error messagethat "Unfortunately, Shortyz has stopped." I tried, clearing 
all data and cache, deleting recently added or updated programs and restarting 
the phone.  I am using an ATT HTC One with android 4.1.1.  I get messages that 
the app is downloading puzzles or trying to.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

After downloading and installing 3.2.9 on my Droid 4 thisis now happening to 
me, too. The app crashes while attempting to DL new puzzles and never loads the 
puzzles I already have. Wish I had not updated. Have tried all the usual 
measures: uninstall/reinstall, clear cache, reboot phone multiple times, no 
luck. I can't access my puzzles at all. :(
