Fixed wrong ConsoleCommandSender usage #2

This usage was causing bugs in CraftBukkit and was made to no longer work in recent server versions. These changes will make MineBackup work again in newer versions.

Never mind, you should pull from ltguide instead - he's done way more than just this :-)
