Check whether multiple applications can be loaded and visualized at the same 
time. It should work, but we should verify this.

This is currently not possible. We definitely should look into that.

When addressing issue 21, please also ensure that it is possible to load 
multiple profile applications at the same time for the same model (to be 
annotated) or for different models (to be annotated). This should be 
addressable quite easily using the application.registry and 
application.registry.ui architecture.
