Profile project disappears from profile registry #22

Recently, I come across the issue that a profile that is provided by an EMF 
Profile project disappears from the profile registry view. It won't reappear if 
the project is closed and re-opened again. The profile appears again after 
Eclipse has been restarted.

One guess is that this happens if the profile has been invalid once during the 
session.
