Loading saved profile application for Graphiti editor doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open an ecore based model in Graphiti and apply some profile stereotypes to 
the elements of a model.
2. Save the profile application and unload it.
3. Loading the saved profile application will cause the NPE for every applied 
stereotype. NPE points to the not found resource of EObject.(c.f. stack trace)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Saved profile applications should be loaded and displayed in the view without 
errors.

At the moment I am not sure why this happens. Maybe you have encountered 
similar problem in the past and/or have an idea for solution.
