In my opinion, email should be considered as a part of unique key as well #1

There might be a case where there is a typo in nus email (especially student email where the email does not contain any names) when the difference is just one digit (consider e1234567... and e1234568...). If the there is a typo changing e1234568 to e1234567, I personally believe this should be detected to ensure correctness given the user with e1234567 already added and the purpose of contact management for NUS TA.

We reject this bug report as it is possible for multiple contact to share the same email address (a business email, an institution email, etc.)

Reason for disagreement: According to the UG, the app is for "TAs and CS students in NUS". To me, it is unlikely that different TAs or different students share the same email.
