Mouse Jitter while in game #201

When I have Nohboard open and tab into my game, it causes my mouse to jitter while moving. I have tried running it in administrator mode and changing display modes, but it still causes my mouse to jitter.

I have a similar issue: While playing the game and streaming. The game stutters a lot. Once i stop the stream/recording, the stutter disappears. The pc is good. i5-13600 rtx 3060 32gb ddr5
