Hi,

This project has been inactive for a long time. I would not have too many hopes for new versions at this point. I don't have much time to work on it. But I would like to quickly respond to your suggestions:

Run minimized. As simple as it sounds, when minimized the program stops responding so running while minimized or minimize to tray would be a nice addition.

You can just leave it running in the background, behind any other programs you are using. Since I am using windows forms, windows will simply stop updating windows that are minimized, I don't think there is much I can do about it.

Make the background color of the key visible if a transparent png is supplied. right now the background of the keyboard is shown when you place a transparent png.

Make the background of the image the background of the key? I guess it makes it harder to reuse an image in multiple styles, but it should be a pretty easy workaround.

An easier way to make forms? it's particulary hart to make a specific form (maybe because i dont have the know how) but maybe its an idea to have a separate editing window to make this.

I don't know what this means, you mean shapes for keys? This should be pretty doable by selecting points or edges of a key and dragging them around, and right clicking a selected edge and choosing Add boundary point. If you want more precision, you can see all boundary points in the Key properties window. And as a last resort you can save the file and edit the coordinates in the generated keyboard file. I have to concede that it looks like the highlighting of points and edges as you hover over them is either broken or I never implemented it.

Thank you for your reaction, no worries it were just feature requests since those were the things i stumbled upon. The project works great either way.

can i fork the project?

the only thing i really want is running in the background and maybe its not that hard to implement.

thank you for your work.

Sure, feel free to fork the project! If you want to submit a pr there is also a better chance that I will take a look at it. But as its open source you can also just run a fork of course.
