Improve documentation with vignettes for new users #46

Possible improvements:

Vignette on basics. Vignette on data quality icons. Render an example report an link directly to it from the docs. Do a full worked example, with RAP from a public data source, and render as part of the docs.

Closing this issue. 2 important vignettes now exist. DQ vignette not necessary. Will open separate issue to propose a RAP worked example.
