Add composer install support #15

Composer installers package has support for Piwik. Only a composer.json is needed with the type piwik-plugin. Link

Are you open to it? Do you accept a PR?

What does "composer" do and what do you expect, I should do? Maybe you can deliver the needed json-file. If it's useful, I will gladly add it to the plugin-repository
