Dont work on Windows 7 RTM Pro x64 #28

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installing and Starting

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Dont start crash,i run as admin or compaliti mod dont always crash

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7 Professional

In what language is your operating system?
Türkish

set the tartget CPU to x86 and recomplie it with vs2008 will let it work on x86 
or 
x64 ok.
