setup not working with wine #16

The description says "Eine Mini-Finanzbuchhaltung für Windows, Wine und ahnliche win32-basierten Systeme " so I assume the software works under Linux.

image When I run the setup with wine 4.0 it says "Easy Cash&Tax ist noch aktiv" and I cannot continue.

What do you think how much effort would it be to provide a native linux build?

Have you tried restarting the computer?

This sometimes happens, if the software detects an application window with "EasyCash&Tax" in the name and mistakenly assumes that EC&T is still running -- even on real Windows machines.

But you know there is a Wine 7 available with many many bugfixes? I had some issues with Wine 4 in the old times, too. Why are you using antique software? B)

I considered creating a Flatpak including a complete Wine 7 system. Should be done in a few days. I'm still waiting for a Flatpak pro to support me.
