i18n: Update language files #232

Hi,

Why does this push include many languages? I noticed zh_TW translate is so wired for me. Did you use some machine translation or some tools?

I have no idea about other language po files, but please share with us how you make this change. Does the language commit before confirming by native people who understand the language?

Hi. Time to time I use Clonezilla. This software have many languages but Partclone can't use this languages. I think - modern software in Linux must have many languages.

I know two ways for i18n: First - add language with Google Translate and correct this language later. Second - not add language.
