Register Customer: Entering an email that exists then pressing cancel prevents progression in registration #17

After entering an email that exists in the system, then clicking cancel the user is brought back to the enter email pop up. The user is not able to close the program from this point and are stuck. The expected output is the program returns to the main screen.
