Users using Twitch Emotes are not displaying the Twitch Emote in question.

Whenever a user uses a Twitch Emote, we currently are only displaying the text of the emote. Figure out a way to display the Twitch Emote.

The server is now handling this functionality - We just need to get the client to display. We will discuss this next stand up.
