Ostinato crashes after closing drone #137

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start server drone.
2. Start client ostinato.
3. Create stream.
4. Open stream configuration dialog.
5. Close drone.
6. Click on OK on Sream Configuration dialog.

Expected results: Warning message occurs, that server was lost.

Actual result: Ostinato client crashes without warnings.

Ostinato version: 0.6

OS: Linux 3.11.0-15-generic #25~precise1-Ubuntu 86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
