Adding a person with cap 100 is rejected #4

According to the app, the max cap and min cap should not exceed 100, and my input value isn't more than 100. When I only input 100, it succeeds, but not 100.00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 I should be expecting this command to succeed.

steps to reproduce:

Thanks for spotting! However, we consider setting the severity to Low as CAP (Cumulative Average Point) values for universities (aligning with our target user) usually may not reach 100, the max value is usually 4 or 5 so this occurrence is very rare.
