I redefined the instances and axis mapping etc for this font to exactly match Lexend (current version served). I checked and, except for the /a that switched, there is no difference in terms of weight etc. I had to extrapolate and create a new master for that: I corrected few resulting outline issues, but there could be other, it could be relevant to check te Arabic in that regard.
I didn't have an answer about it so I assumed vertical metrics need to remain unchanged, so it also matches Lexend. I guess it is the one-axis font is ready to go now.
