Show sun/moon when weather is clear #3

When the weather is clear it just shows up as a blank clock. I suggest showing the sun instead.

Would require a new image.

Turns out the sunny image is never being used, because sunny isn't a condition defined by the API. Should be shown when conditions are clear.
