A few ideas for extending modern_ish_ovens:

add API function to register ovens with a set of tiles & a description, in a similar way to modern_ish_manholes
possibly also add a nodebox-based microwave? maybe via a oven type specifier that defaults to a basic oven?
maybe recipes could be specified for certain oven types. i.e. microwave popcorn?
perhaps oven speed might be specifiable, so that 'better' ovens cook faster, 'cheaper' ovens, slower?
