for conferences, create a table of rooms and time slots and fill them with talks.

for fairs, same thing, but rooms might be occuppied all the time with one exhibitor (== fair booth), potentially many more rooms than on a conference. the exhibitor can have in-booth events that only happen at some time intervals, they are scheduled like talks at a conference.

additionally have a search functionality that reduces the view to all matching events. search can be for text fragments or tags.
