Rework structure for 0.6 #15

Teardown 0.6 will support custom tools itself and with that UMF no longer needs to be a core mod. The new structure will be centered around UMF being a dependency rather than a loader, dropping the REALMS loading altogether.

[x] Reorganize files to fit the normal mod structure.
[x] Remove mod loading aspects.
[ ] Remove REALM references from the codebase.
[ ] Reimplement features using normal mod entry points.

Change of plans, UMF is no longer going to be a standalone mod. The dropin branch is reflect this change and already has the correct structure.
