Rotate map with orientation / direction #103

The RMaps application [1] has a cool feature where the map is automatically
rotated to match your orientation. This would be a cool addition to Open
GPS Tracker.

When the phone is stationary, the compass can be used. When in motion use
the direction of the motion.
