Execution error #320

Hi every one please can someone help me to solve this error:
1. I execute the demo of facedetection in line command
2. java -jar faceDetection.jar  ../haarcascade_frotalface_alt.xml 
3. the webcam cam is activated but i can't see the window then

I got this ERROR :

A fatal error has been detected by the Java Runtime Environment:

I'm using javacv-0.4 on win8 with (JDK1.7,JRE7).
