Request token retrieval failed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. use the simple-linkedinphp demo code
2. click connect to linkedin
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- should be redirected to the page where it says you are connected

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
- 3.2.0
- linux
- libcurl/7.15.5 OpenSSL/0.9.8b zlib/1.2.3 libidn/0.6.5 

Please provide any additional information below.
- request token retrieval failed
-  [error] => OAuth callback URL was not confirmed by the LinkedIn end-point
