Keep alive functionality not implemented #8

Hi,

when you have updated your files you have missed the keep alive function. Please update your local files when i pull request ;)

I replaced the keepalive-funktion with a lastCommand-function, it doesnt need an extra thread and only send a signal, when nothing else send

Hum... i got regulary "Connection closed by foreign host".

Something goes wrong with this feature :/

My bot now runs since one week without any problems, events and commands are working. Please update to the latest version. If the problems then still exists, please give me more information so i can try to reproduce.
