Improve presentation at mobile #13

This doesn't solve the issue of the list of servers in the navbar overlapping content when there's too many of them, but I'm not sure how to nicely solve that problem without bringing in the bootstrap collapse JS component.

Thanks, nice catch! Is there a reason you didn't add the new css-class to the last-seen hint?

I didn't think about it to be honest, but having tested it, I can't imagine the amount of text in the last-seen hint would ever be wide enough to warrant setting a fixed width. That said, I'm more than happy to add it in if you desire.
