Add new 1.4 and 1.5 crops and iridium crop types (for deluxe fertilizer) + farm skill food buffs (up to +3)

Logic should be the same, the values are the same for farm level 7 -- for the rest, they're off by a gold or two, since the ratios are no longer rounded to 2 decimal places.

• Added food types that gives farming buffs
• Removed a lot of numbers from crops.js that can just be calculated from raw price
  • Some such as "special" keg outputs like beer are still in there
• Removed ratio mappings from data.js in favor of matching the math to the game logic (and thereby adding iridium levels)
• Special logic for tea, since its blooming cycle is unique
• Didn't add helper methods to consolidate silver/gold/iridium+jar/keg calculations as it seemed silly

I have just pushed quite a bit update myself which adds support for foraging skill level separately along with foraging specific skills. The tooltips now also display ratio percentages, and don't show Iridium unless a specific crop/situation can produce it. Can you please have another look at it now and see if anything needs adjusting. I have to admit that I haven't played the game in a long while so I am not fully aware of details I may be missing. 😅
