Description of Changes

Refactor how the filesystem-based database pulls data into classes, hopefully making it more robust.
Trigger a save process to happen whenever the server closes, whether in Electron or headless.
Fix a weird bug with how power nodes are saved.

How do you know the changes work correctly?

Manual testing - Started a flight, closed the Electron app, reopened the app, the flight was in the same state as before.
