Description of Changes
Adds a system which checks if the ship is within 5 kilometers of a waypoint. If it is, it deletes the waypoint.

How do you know the changes work correctly?
Manual testing:
Set course for mars
Activate autopilot
The waypoint should disappear once the ship arrives.
