After testing the most recent version of the full Thorium client on Android mobile devices through Google Chrome, I discovered that Thorium now does a shockingly good job of scaling to the dimensions of a mobile device when Google Chrome is set to request the Desktop version of the site. This being said:

What is the possibility of having a mobile version of the full Thorium kiosk that allows for fullscreen use? Alternatively, is it possible for Thorium to prompt the user if they'd like to enter fullscreen mode when the user is accessing the kiosk from a browser (In this case, Google Chrome specifically)?

Having the ability to run stations from mobile devices would allow for much less expensive alternatives for bridge station devices (i.e. having mobile devices mounted to the wall rather than all-in-one touchscreens). Additionally, in order to add viewscreens to a simulator, one could theoretically run a Viewscreen from a mobile device and mount it next to stations in isolated areas of a simulator.

What are your thoughts?

This is already possible.

iOS: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202612 and be sure to add Thorium to the home screen. Android: https://android.stackexchange.com/questions/115258/android-kiosk-mode

Closing.
