Divine Seal Regen #10

I wasn't sure if you're looking to add Private Server changes, but figured I'd request anyway. This is for the Horizon server. When a White Mage has the trait Divine Veil, it will cause Divine Seal to double the duration (and potency) of Regen. Would be awesome if that could be added.

So far I haven't had any other issues but will report as I see any /salute
