It is sometimes possible for observed_feeds_ in HeadlineBar to miss a feed removal #249

which then causes errors when (e.g.) you delete the feed (or other operation) (seen it once when actually deleting a feed, when the result is refreshBar causing a stack trace because the feed it is trying to refresh is no longer there)
