Importing file sometimes causes the option window to take up extra space
Importing a smaller xml file causes spew due to deleted feeds and a restart is definitely required
if you close the window before transfer is complete, the transfer still completes. This is confusing. If you press cancel, the transfer should be cancelled (possibly with a prompt if the transfer is to server)

1 I cannot reproduce. Think it was probably fixed 2 Probably need to do the same things as were done for the options screen.
