Allow submenu for more feed types #273

Currently the main menu uses the Feed_Parser class. Given we already know what the type of feed is we could create an instance of the appropriate type of feed handler, fetch and display those headlines.

Done for HTML pages. Not done for groups or NNTP feeds yet
