Cannot subscribe to Exiern extras feed #275

This is a trivial fix: inforss_Single_feed get_query_value should be returning results[0].textContent (duh), but this reveals an issue that if a feed has no title, although it appears in the main popup, it doesn't appear in the any of the option window menus
