headline bar can expand to fill whole of status bar on occasion #333

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Headline in status bar
  2. select a feed with no headlines
  3. restart
  4. select a feed with a lot of headlines
  5. wait a bit

When you restart, you'll get the status bar back to how it was, fortunately.
