Changing the url of a feed causes 'inactive' messages in the log #343

If the currently selected feed is a group containing the changed feed.

However, the feed is also fetched correctly with the new URL.

After digging around, it appears that some of this is due to the feedxml member of the group feed not being updated in line with the config update.

Not entirely sure about this as each feed has a feedxml member which also isn't update when the config changes.
