Faction mission issue #105

Regardless of whether Overt or Covert status, Players can attack the guard of a mission waypoint, but the 'banner' shows as invalid target (although if you have faction pet, faction pet CAN attack)

ALso just confirm if 'On leave' it correctly identifies this, and prompts you your about to enter GCW, if you say yes, will trigger to covert in 30 seconds, at which point banner becomes invalid target
