Vehicle Rubberbanding #1015

When trying to travel on vehicles classified as very fast, such as the Sith Speeder, Snowspeeder, Basilisk War Droid etc. You constantly rubberband back to the location where you first mounted the vehicle at, making ALL very fast vehicles unusable.

BWDs work as expected. Others not. Also podracers, snowspeeders speed same with swoop if flurry11.tre written with flurry10.tre
